I don't think that this is a bug. This search works strangely - the form is
submitted twice, so there is a page with submission result in the history (as
you can see by clicking and holding Back button in Safari). So, it is correct
for Safari to ask about form re-submission when going back to the intermediate
result.

I'm seeing the same behavior in Firefox.
