Go to any individual photo page on Flickr (ie:
<http://flickr.com/photos/noladishu/3219543601/>) - most of the page doesn't
display aside from the header, footer and next/previous thumbnails.

Works fine in r40102 nightly, but broken in r40220 local debug build.
