new patch: removed unwanted changes

Thanks Darin. 

Apology for couple of coding style mistakes. I have corrected it in this patch. 

1) I have added all wap styles but handled only WAP-MARQUEE because we are
working on supporting WCSS extensions styles.  
2) Will submit ACCESS-KEY and INPUT-FORMAT patch few more days as they are
under work. 
3) Computed styles for wap styles not required. I have removed my changes in
this patch. 

Webkit supports xHTML and WCSS except WCSS extensions. I will also ask David to
review.
