Used the patch. Found two issues with this. 
1. All the subresources are not saved. Subresources by mean I say about the
embedded resources in the main page. For example some of the images are saved
where as some are not.
I do understand that the contents added dynamically from script may not be
saved, but static contents should be there.

2. If some subresources has not been saved in the file, then while loading it
should not go to the network for accessing http resources. Since we are loading
a local file then accessing network is not wiser, as much I understand.
