Favicons fail to load (and don't even show up on the activity monitor requests)
when the URL contains accented characters.

http://cupa.com.mx/Secciones/Música does not show the favicon
while
http://dev.cupa.com.mx/Secciones/Radio does

Not an Apache issue (checked already with FF).
