Fithre reduction of text-indent bug

Further reduced this page. This behaviour is exhibited when a block element is
placed inside an inline container which has text-indent. It appears that WebKit
applies an implicit display:block to the inline container. 

In this case FireFox renders it differently most likely due to a Firefox bug
relating to different behaviour for tables, changing this element to a <div>
makes Firefox match WebKit rendering. It appears Firefox doesn't support
text-indent inheritance into tables even when the container is block.

This is looking more like a Firefox bug than a WebKit bug.
