Fonts with Pattern/Gradient

Make use of the new calls fillGradient/strokeGradient and
fillPattern/strokePattern in GraphicsContext to support patterns and gradient
on Fonts in Cairo.
I also added support for globalAlpha on Fonts for Cairo.
