platform aware SVG Masking

Corrected the tests, that have changed with this patch. The W3C-test looks
correct now. I made the mask bigger for mask-excessive-malloc, since we now
support bigger masks on Mac. grayscale-gradient-mask looks like Opera now. I'm
pretty sure that it looks correct now. I asked on the W3C-SVG mailing list and
they agreed with me.
