Three screenshots showing the entire window are attached.  I see difference in
the Firefox screenshots.  Are we using different version: one works and the
other doesn't?  Anyway I confirmed that Camino1.6, Opera9.27 and Firefox 3.1b2
are working - properly showing essential buttons in the webpage while Webkit
fails to show two out of three buttons.  I have not tested other OS or other
versions of browsers.  However, it is certain that the page is not displayed
with Webkit as it should be.
