Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to the link
2) Scroll down

Expected result:
As soon as you've scrolled enough, the comment form should follow the page

Actual Result:
The form is going up

Other browsers:
FF3: OK
IE7: OK
Opera 9.6: OK

Note:
There's a problem with repainting. I'm not sure if it's related.
