I Steps:
Go to http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Kalecgos&n=Example

II Issue:
Hover over the 3 columns and you see tooltips. Scroll down and tooltips not
seen.

III Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

IV Nightly tested: 41018
