Problem:
A javascript-created form does not display.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit http://rmp.aps.org
2. In the top-right hand side look up article in volume 80, article number
1531.
3. Click 'download citation' link on the right side under 'article tools'.
4. A white popup box (not new window, a box within the page) displays that
should contain a form for obtaining the citation for the article. Instead, the
box is simply white. Pressing 'esc' closes this popup box.

Using the Web Inspector, it appears that the html content added by the
javascript code is in the document tree, however it is not rendering or is
being obscured (I don't know which).

This page should be viewable outside of a university with subscription to the
journal.

This problem exists both in the latest release Safari (3.2.1) and in the latest
nightly WebKit build (r41121). The page is displayed correctly by Firefox.
