I have had compatibility with the new OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard up to nightly build
r41071, when I upgrade to r41121 there is no longer 10.6 compatibility (The
browser will not launch, telling me that it is not compatible with OSX 10.6,
when I have been using webkit nightlies for quite sometime on 10.6). This may
be an issue considering Apple will be releasing Snow Leopard around June 2009.
I will continue with r41071 until the next build, works beautiful so far, keep
up the great work! 

I am running OSX Snow Leopard 10.6 build 10a261
