Focus ring (a square ring around an hyperlink) was not formed properly using
a:hover or img:hover style.

Pre-condition:
1. Launch Safari browser
2. Use the attached mystyle.css to simulate the focus ring (css hover style) on
safari
(Go to Edit/Preferences-->Advanced, Click on "Other..." from the dropdown under
"Style sheet:" and select the attached mystyle.css stylesheet)


How to reproduce:
1. Load the above urls
2. Focus on the top navi links (Air Tickets/Travel, Autos, Careers & Jobs
etc.,) on www.msn.com or focus on any image on news.google.com using mouse
pointer
The hyperlinks are or images are not properly focused. Either the focus ring
was not completely formed or there was some overlap in the current focus ring.
