The logic in build-webkit related to the handling of --64-bit needs cleaned up
and moved somewhere that build-jsc can share it.  run-sunspider then needs to
support the --64-bit argument, and the default behaviour of selecting
architecture based on preferredArchitecture("WebKit") extended to allow
run-sunspider to select a default based on JavaScriptCore instead.
