The strings in German are from Safari itself.  The strings that appear in
English are those from the WebKit framework.  The WebKit frameworks in the
nightly builds are not localized so they'll only ever return English strings. 
The only thing we could possibly do here would be to force Safari to use
English, but that doesn't seem like a great idea either.
