Cannot save as webarchive.
This error affects very many (but not all) webpages.
Error message: "The document “[some webpage]” could not be exported as “[some
webpage title].webarchive”. 
This problem first appeared in builds more than one week ago.
The release version of Apple Safari saves as webpage correctly.
