Wireshark trace of issue under OS10.5.6/Safari 3.2.1

Are there any more updates on this issue?  I am still seeing it in OSX 10.5.6
with Safari 3.2.1 (5525.27.1)

I've attached a Wireshark trace (safari_bug5760_OSX10.5.6-Safari5525.27.1.gz)
showing that both issues are still occuring using the above noted OSX/Safari
versions.  The initial GET is packet 6 (0.001530), replied to in packets 8-15
(0.734507) with a 5 second keep-alive.  The keep-alive timeout results in the
server closing the connection in packet 21 (5.857426), acknowledged by Safari
in packet 22 (5.857578), but it still attempts to do a POST on it starting in
packet 23 (11.976699), with the consonant resets, resync and re-POST that
stalls by packet 35 (11.979735).
