Looks really nice but if *any* of those effects were running on a page where
I was trying to read content (as opposed to just looking at the pretties) they
would be too distracting. This is why I block animated ads.
PLEASE tell me theres going to be a disable CSS animations pref next to the
disable plugins and disable Javascript ones
