I really wonder what causes this - I'm beginning to think that it is because of
WebKit being called WebKit and not Safari, since WebEx still works in the
latest Safari, which presumably had some WebKit updates.

In any case, this bug is blocking me from using WebKit as my only browser. The
only way to start WebEx sessions is through a browser other than WebKit.
