This is a scoutware website and requires a username and password to login.  I
can not give you this information but if you contact scoutware I'm sure they
can fix it for you.  When generating an email on this site, the section were
you write the message does not appear correctly, however it does on firefox. 
Here is the login I use, if there is more I can do please let me know
