Hello Webkit-Team,

the latest Nightly of Webkit (r40471) doesn't set the com.apple.quarantine tag
to the downloaded files.

That means, after I download a dmg-file for example, and open it, there comes
NO quarantine-message, which is asking me:

"..." is an application which was downloaded from the internet...
