When an HTML or XHTML page specifies a Doctype that contains an internal DTD
subset, the ]> character sequence that terminates the internal subset is
rendered as if it was specified in plain text immediately after the opening
<body> tag. What should be, on the other hand, is that it should not be
rendered at all.
