Fix the behavior in current Qt 4.6

(Assuming this is X11 specific)

The enclosed patch would fix this behavior in Qt/X11, but I personally don't
think it makes much sense either way. Qt menus should behave like native menus,
and I can't think of a platform where "wheeling" outside of a menu actually
closes it.
