Please describe precisely the problem you’re seeing.  I can’t make any sense of
the pseudo-code in your comment, and the attached test case doesn’t do much to
clarify the problem either. 

It would also be preferable to not zip a test case when attaching it to a bug…
if you do that then it is no longer possible to easily click through to it and
view the test case in the browser.  Instead I have to download the zip file,
expand it, then open the enclosed file.
