I just discovered that this was implemented in
<http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/50325> for
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30951

I should note that nobody notified me of this. Also, the WebKit team should
review its policy of closing bugs as WONTFIX. If you close a bug as WONTFIX and
then actually fix the bug several months later without even reopening the
original bug, something is wrong with the procedure.
