Only Windows 7 !!!

Open atachment.

Select element should have dimensions: 400px 18px (width & height).

Only Safari has: 400px 22px (width & height).

IE, Chrome, Konqueror, Opera and Firefox render this element correctly: 400px
18px (width & height).
