The bug ids seem to be wrong on:
http://webkit-commit-queue.appspot.com/dashboard
They seem to be the same as the attachment ids.

Other random future thoughts:
Colored PASS/FAIL blocks seem helpful.  The ability to hover to see the
underlying bug will probably eventually be useful (either just the title as a
tooltip or the whole thing in some sort of iframe).
