The intention was explaining each option, as: if you you are writing a web
browser you can do it specifying it.

Currently we have page cache capacity to 3, and defaults in the resources cache
values, so none is not exactly what we have now. Those default values are
smaller than the smallest values set in Apple policies,that is why I thought we
could increase them, it is true they are magic values agreed with kov and xan.
