UI mock

Right now when looking at a CPU profile the direction calls isn't obvious -- it
can only be determined by looking at the status bar. My proposal is to show
direction of calls explicitly by using arrow icons between a triangle glyph and
function name (as drive / folder / file icons in Finder). The UI mock is
attached.
