Creating abstract popup menu class.

Creating QAbstractPopupMenu class and QDefaultPopupMenu class that inherits
from QAbstractPopupMenu.
Custom combobox popup menu implementations will inherit from
QAbstractPopupMenu.
QDefaultPopupMenu needs to be improved to provide standard features that are
missing in QtWebKit.

No behaviour changes.
