I can confirm this report, the following information is identical to my
experience:  When using Webkit nightly build after hitting "Reply" in gmail,
focus is not properly switched to the text field, i.e. gmail hotkeys are still
active until I click within the text box of the reply.

When using system Webkit in Safari this does not happen.  I am also able to
repeat this behavior consistently.
