All the Google Reader "jumping" keyboard shortcuts (g + another key) are not
working while webkit type-to-search is on by default. e.g. g+u (open
subscription selector), g+h (go home) Pressing the two keys in sequence will
not trigger the Google Reader shortcut, but invoke page search.
