Trust me this is just a first go getting it out in public.

If someone wants to help I prob need a git server or something to work through
all the changes.
I had no expectation for this to be landed. Plus of course it has patches to v8
and chromedevtools.

Obviously I'm trolling for help from google and other intrested parties on this
:)

So think of it as a plea for help not a patch :)
