To reproduce:

1. Go to http://webkit.org/blog-files/3d-transforms/perspective-by-example.html
2. Drag the slider left and right

The slider knob moves jerkily and lags behind the mouse. Notice that the
transformed content above the slider animates smoothly while you do this.
