Rethinking this, I'm just going to skip it on leopard for now, since that's the
only platform we've been seeing flakiness on. It could, in theory, fail
anywhere since it relies on GC, but in practice it isn't failing anywhere but
leopard and the test itself has significant value as it's the only thing that
checks to make sure that the complex worker reachability mechanism actually
works.
