First, there is not about the site being able to suggest the value - it's about
hiding the autocomplete suggestions from the site. There are no DOM API
changes here. The newly added methods should be accessible from webkit's
internals only. Please check the repro steps in the following bug to really
see the nature of what we are really trying to prevent there:
