Overlapping content on http://www.msnbc.msn.com/

In both Safari 4.0.4 and r51490, viewing http://www.msnbc.msn.com/ causes
elements to overlap, if all elements load. These overlapping elements do not
seem to occur in Firefox 3.5.2, despite Firefox incorrectly rendering the Bing
search box. This issue seems 100% reproducible in current builds, as long as
all content loads. The attachment is a screenshot from WebKit r51490 on Mac OS
X 10.6.2. Safari 4.0.4 renders the page identically.
