Summary: Can no longer svn commit on Tiger due to recent
                    commit-log-editor change
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: P1
         Component: Tools / Tests
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: sullivan at apple.com
                CC: mrowe at apple.com

Trying to commit svn changes from a Mac running Tiger now gives an error
message like this:

$ svn commit

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: system('commit-log-editor svn-commit.8.tmp') returned 512

Mark Rowe thinks this is due to the introduction in
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/46453 of a Perl module that isn't available on
Tiger.
