Somewhere between r47409 and r47546 the left side buttons have ceased
functioning properly. Normally they slide back and forth after fading in
initially via a mootools effect. Now mousing over them no longer changes the
graphic or even shows the link pointer. If you scroll the buttons off the top
of the page and scroll back up, the buttons are no longer drawn properly.
