reduced testcase

Steps:
1. Go to http://web.virginmobileusa.com/
2. Put pointer over "My Account" tab/menu

II Issue:
he menu items are mushed together, making them unreadable.

III Conclusion:
The issue is caused by the <li> white-space:nowrap style.

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested : 47639
