I Steps:
Go to http://www.redeproforma.com.br/atividades_modelo.asp?p=det&id=89

II Issue:
Formatting is off - lower gray bar should be on the bottom of page.  

III Conclusion:
The issue is caused by the rowspan defined in the 1st row, 2nd column

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested : 47639
