Some Quotes:
enquora: for instance <dateofactivity/> vs <DateOfActivity/>
othermaciej: JoePeck: the Web Inspector should never lowercase tags in an XML
documents
othermaciej: it shouldn't be a setting, it's just a straight up bug

Suggestion:
- HTML its okay to lowercase
- XML tags shouldn't be touched
