namespace name "ARM" conflicts with macro "ARM" defined by VS.

"ARM" is not a good name for the namespace.

ARMJIT
ARMJit
ARMArchitecture
ARMitecture
ARMRegisters

ARMRegisters may be the best because this namespace is used only for listing
registers so far.
