I just got the latest webkit nightly and tried it out.
if you double click to create a new style rule,
add something like color:red; ,
It makes that thing red.
now, reload the page, inspect the same thing, double click to add a new style
rule that is the same as before with color:red; and it does not change anything
on the page, even though in the web inspector it thinks that it is because it
crosses out the rule coming from the stylesheet.
