patch w/ manual test

updated per Mitz's suggestion:
1. revert changes in GraphicsContext
2. remove ellipseseNeeded in PopupItem. When restrcitWidthOfListBox, truncate
string first and drawBidiText on truncated string in PopupMenuChromium.
