Attempted patch

This patch partially solves the problem reported in this bug. The patch causes
shadows to appear in QtWebKit when the -webkit-box-shadow style is used, but
the blur parameter is ignored. All shadows are totally sharp.
I did not find a LayoutTest to deal with the -webkit-box-shadow style and at
this moment I do not know how to capture the difference visible on screen
because of my fix.
