Closing as INVALID due to this being a support request rather than a bug
report.

Bugzilla is not an appropriate place to ask for build help.  You should use the
webkit-help mailing list for that purpose.  I would also suggest reading the
error message that is presented to you:

You have libsoup-2.4 version 2.26.3.  WebKit requires version 2.27.4 or newer.
