I Steps:
Go to http://www.problematique.ru/

II Issue:
right navigation column not loading

III Conclusion:
the second div(red-border) is not visible in webkit because its left margin is
set to -230px. while with this setting in IE and Firefox, the div floats to the
end of first div (green border).

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 46809
