Yes, when the result is presented with such a heading:

Documents Stylesheets Images ... Total

It is natural to assume that Total is the total sum of all the elements in the
list. If Total also includes other stuff such as IO wait and processing time
etc. not in the list, it would be better IMHO to include this in Other so that
adding up all elements in the list actually is Total.
